How is a 'bill' counted on the Starter plan?
A bill is one completed sale invoice — irrespective of how many line items it contains. Voided bills don't count.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-month?
Yes, upgrades are pro-rated. You pay only for the days remaining in the cycle, and your data and history move with you.
What happens if I exceed 100 users on Growth?
We'll reach out before any hard caps trigger. Additional user packs are available, or you can move to Enterprise.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on Starter or Growth. Enterprise rollouts may include a one-time onboarding fee covering migration and training.
